Refill Reminder Activities

Refill Reminder activities can be scheduled for prescriptions a specified number of days after a prescription's days supply is complete.
These activities are used as a reminder to contact a patient about refilling their prescription and can have the prescription refilled directly from the activity, if required.
If your pharmacy or the patient are set to perform IVR outbound calling for Refill Reminder, Refill Reminder activities will not be scheduled.
